The ZEISS CZ.2 Cinema Zoom lenses T2.9 features exquisite optics in a robust, durable package. First off these lenses are uniformly at T 2.9 which is very fast for zoom lenses, especially for the tighter ones like the 70mm-200mm. This lens delivers great flexibility thanks to interchangeable mounts from EF to PL allowing it to be used with a wide range of our cameras like the C500 or any of our Alexa cameras. Each of these lenses cover their respective range perfectly, with one being for wider ranges (15mm-30mm) mid ranges (28mm-80mm) and more telephoto ranges (70mm-200mm).

This compact zoom series also covers a full-frame image format without vignetting. Like many Zeiss lenses, these compact zooms shoot very sharp and high resolution and high contrast images. These lenses are built with 8K sensors in mind. These lenses also have minimal: distortion, flaring, and even breathing when racking focus.
