Recently released, the Leitz HUGO lenses are small, fast, lightweight, and close focusing. Close focus being 2’10’’ for the 90mm and 9’’ for the 18mm. The heaviest lens of the set weighs in only a little bit over 3 lbs. The Hugos blend the character of the Leica M’s with a modernized housing. The set is incredibly fast and consistent with the iris size being set at T1.5, with the exception of the 135mm which is T1.9. The front diameter of the set is also consistent throughout the set at a 95mm. The LPL set of full frame lenses include 18mm, 21mm, 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm, & 90mm. Optional 135mm available upon request.

Although the Hugo’s are very new, they have already began to break their stride as they have been used on The Girl With the Needle, which has been chosen as part of the 2024 Cannes Official selection
