The EZ zooms are a very accessible lens set. Their use in practicality is really what makes them stand out among other zoom lenses. These two can pretty much work for any situation. First off they both cover more than enough zoom range. With the EZ-2 covering the wide ranges and the EZ-1 covering both the mid and tighter ranges. These have a similar cinematic look to that of other Angenieux lenses, however these are much more lighter.
One of the main features of this lens is that it can switch from a full frame lens to a super 35 lens. Meaning that one could use these lens on enarly every camera we have at Evidence. The lenses really tailor themselves toward any set or any production. If you need them in super 35, they can do it. If you need them at a certain focal length, they can reach it. If you need them to be able to work in low light, they are fast enough. When switching modes the iris changes, however not by that much and still makes them very easy to use.
